ORDERS
You are required to create an account to proceed with order(s) and payment. Your contact details are required for us to process your order. Having an account also allows you to check out faster!
All orders are non-refundable. Please refer to our policy on Returns and Exchange below.
PAYMENTS
All prices reflected on our website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
Payments are received via STRIPE which accepts all credit/debit cards and Apple Pay. Upon successful payment, your order(s) will be processed immediately.
SHIPPING
WAKEMUSTERS currently ships to Singapore addresses only.
Flat-rate shipping fee of $5 applies to orders below $100.
For orders above $100, enjoy free shipping!
DELIVERY
For products in stock, we strive to have your orders delivered to you within 7 working days.
For products on backorder, we will get in touch with you and advise on delivery lead-time.
Once orders and payments are received, we will get in touch with you to schedule a suitable delivery date/time.
SELF-COLLECTION
Option only available for customers who have also booked an upcoming Wakesurf Session with WAKEMUSTERS. Contact us via info@wakemusters.com to inform us if you’d like us to hand your order(s) over to you when you attend your session.
RETURNS
Once payment is received, your order(s) will be processed for delivery immediately.
We will not accept returns except for the following circumstances:
- You’ve received incorrect item(s)
- You’ve received defective item(s)
Please contact us at info@wakemusters.com within 3 working days from date of delivery with your Order ID and photos of the item(s) to substantiate your request. We will reply to your email with instructions for returns. All returns for incorrect/defected item(s) must be in their original condition received.
WAKEMUSTERS reserves the right to refuse any returns if item(s) are found to have been damaged from wear and tear or washing/usage of the item(s). We regret to inform that we will also not be able to accept any return/exchange of defective item(s) if we are not notified within the stipulated time frame.
EXCHANGES
Once we’ve received your return, we will arrange for exchange of your item(s) as soon as possible.
WAKEMUSTERS reserves the right to offer store credits if the product is no longer in stock.
VARIANCES IN MEASUREMENTS, COLOURS AND PRINTS
Slight variances to measurements, colours and prints should be expected due to human production process, different screen resolutions and placement of fabrics used. We will not consider these products as defected.
MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER(S)
For products in stock, you can make changes to your order(s) before your scheduled delivery.
For products on backorder, once order(s) have been placed, we are unable to accept any further changes.

STORE CREDITS/COUPON CODES
Store credits will be provided in the form of coupon codes. Only valid coupon codes will be accepted.
Coupon codes must be utilised before expiry and their validity cannot be extended.
