By Car

Open-air public carpark is available at S0049 along Serangoon Road.
Roadside parking is available along both Race Course Road and Serangoon Road.
Parking lots are also available at Kwong Wai Shiu Hospital across the road. Parking charges are at 1st hour: $1.40, subsequently at $0.70/half-hour.

By Train

Alight at Boon Keng MRT Station (NE9).
Exit the station via Exit C.
HAPPEN is approximately a 5-6 minute walk from Exit C.
